Our official dinner event is Saturday, October 10, 2009. However, the unofficial fun will be happening all weekend!

- This time of the year is perfect for a hike to Finger Rock or a tour of Tohono Chul Gardens. Both are close enough for a complimentary ride on the hotel's shuttle. Use the "impromptu events" scheduler and we'll help you advertise.
- 4:00 p.m. Atrium - Guests of the Embassy Suites may gather at 4:00 for the Manager's Reception in the Atrium. Why not meet here before dining at one of several fine restaurants within one block of the hotel?

- Guests of the Embassy Suites may gather for a complimentary, full cooked-to-order breakfast in the atrium. A great place to see Rangers! Why not invite classmates who are also hotel guests to join you? Use the "impromptu events" scheduler and we'll help you advertise it.
- If you haven't been to La Encantada you are in for a shopping treat! Tucson's most upscale shopping experience is just across the street.
- What to see some great art? Several art galleries are within walking distance of our host hotel. Why not gather some classmates & make a morning of it? Post your plans on the impromptu event scheduler and let them know where to meet you.
- 5:00 p.m. Embassy Suites La Paloma Patio -- No host Cocktails - Share a drink with an old friend or start a new friendship. No reservation needed - just come!
- 7:00 p.m. Embassy Suites La Paloma Ballroom -- Red Sky Cafe will cater dinner and Gil Feldman will host in his usual irreverent style. 'Got good stories to share? Contact Gil
- 9:00 p.m. Embassy Suites La Paloma Ballroom -- Dancing with our favorite oldies --music that is.
